Η τεχνική ομάδα της NSS υποστηρίζει τους συνεργάτες του καναλιού για τη δημιουργία χρονοδιαγραμμάτων των έργων και ρεαλιστικών χρόνων υλοποίησης. Μετά από ένα επιτυχημένο έργο, η NSS βοηθά το συνεργάτη για να παραδώσει ένα έργο ως τεχνολογικός σύμβουλος του συνεργάτη, προστατεύοντας το έργο και την επένδυση του τελικού πελάτη. Αυτό είναι ένα απαραίτητο βήμα που πετυχαίνει ακόμα καλύτερα αποτελέσματα συμβάλλοντας τα μέγιστα στο ηθικό του συνεργάτη.
Τα ιδεατά αποτελέσματα έρχονται όταν ο συνεργάτης παραδίδει ένα έργο ανεξάρτητα από την NSS, εντελώς αυτόνομα. Υπάρχει ένα ειδικό σχέδιο εκπαίδευσης / ενεργοποίησης του συνεργάτη που τον κάνει πολύ ισχυρό ώστε να είναι σε θέση να κάνει πλήρη παράδοση ενός έργου όσο περίπλοκο και να είναι αυτό. Πρόκειται για μια καινοτόμο μεθοδολογία, αφού η NSS δεν διανέμει ένα και μόνο προϊόν, αλλά ένα χαρτοφυλάκιο προϊόντων που ενσωματώνονται το ένα στο άλλο.
Η προστιθέμενη αξία της NSS ορίζεται επίσης από την επίσημη εκπαίδευση που μπορεί να εξασφαλίσει για τους συνεργάτες του καναλιού. Η απόκτηση βαθιάς γνώσης σε ένα νέο σύστημα είναι συνήθως δύσκολη και σύνθετη. Η NSS λόγω μεγάλης εμπειρίας μπορεί να μετατρέψει απλούς μηχανικούς με ταλέντο, σε ειδικούς υλοποίησης προϊόντων σε χρόνο μηδέν. Η NSS μπορεί να εκπαιδεύσει τον συνεργάτη σε σχέση με τις βέλτιστες πρακτικές παρουσιάζοντας όλους τους δυνατούς τρόπους υλοποίησης ώστε να αξιοποιηθεί το κάθε υποσύστημα από τα προϊόντα που διανέμει.
Η NSS είναι ένα Εξουσιοδοτημένο Εκπαιδευτικό Κέντρο (Authorized Training Center) για πολλά προϊόντα διαφορετικών κατασκευαστών. Τα μαθήματα διδάσκονται στην Ελληνική και την Αγγλική γλώσσα με τα υλικά κατάρτισης (documentation) στα Αγγλικά. Οι τιμές περιλαμβάνουν τα υλικά κατάρτισης, τα κουπόνια για τη συμμετοχή στα επίσημα online test του κατασκευαστή όταν αυτά είναι διαθέσιμα, καφέ και μεσημεριανό γεύμα καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της διαδικασίας. Ο στόχος της NSS είναι να διδάξει στο κοινό όλες τις δεξιότητες που απαιτούνται για την αποδοτική και αποτελεσματική ανάπτυξη μίας λύσης, μεγιστοποιώντας τις επενδύσεις που ήδη έχουν πραγματοποιηθεί.
Η ομάδα των στελεχών που προσφέρει την τεχνική εκπαίδευση συνδυάζει βαθιά γνώση των προϊόντων με εκτενή εμπειρία στο σχεδιασμό λύσεων σε πραγματικούς πελάτες και την αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων που προκύπτουν σε κάθε είδους πελάτη. Όλα τα μαθήματα μας διδάσκονται από ειδικούς συστημάτων με χρόνια εμπειρία σε τεχνική υποστήριξη έχοντας βαθιά γνώση των προϊόντων, έτσι ώστε οι συμμετέχοντες να μπορούν όχι μόνο να μάθουν πώς να ρυθμίσουν, αλλά και πώς να αποφύγουν συνηθισμένα λάθη στην υλοποίηση λύσεων χρησιμοποιώντας τα προϊόντα της NSS. Τα περισσότερα από τα προγράμματα κατάρτισης περιλαμβάνουν ειδικές ασκήσεις που πρέπει να γίνουν σε πραγματικό χρόνο από τους υποψήφιους. Οι αίθουσες εκπαίδευσης μας μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν έως και 6 υποψηφίους, επιτρέποντας υψηλό επίπεδο εξατομίκευσης και αλληλεπίδρασης με τον εκπαιδευτή ανεβάζοντας την εκπαιδευτική εμπειρία σε ένα πραγματικά υψηλό επίπεδο.

Τα γραφεία της NSS που λαμβάνουν χώρα οι εκπαιδεύσεις, είναι πολύ εύκολα προσβάσιμα με το Αττικό Μετρό, που αποτελεί τον απλούστερο και ταχύτερο τρόπο για να κινηθεί κάποιος εντός της Αθήνας. Επιβιβάζεστε στη Γραμμή 3 (Μπλε), και αποβιβάζεστε στον Κεραμεικό, όπου το κτήριό μας βρίσκεται στα 70 μέτρα.
