Backup Replication is integrated with Arkeia EdgeFort appliances and Arkeia Network Backup software and enables data transferability from one location to another. Backup Replication also offers duplication of data coming from total, incremental, and differential backups. Arkeia’s Backup Replication provides organizations that have distributed data bulletproof redundancy and recoverability.

Integration with Arkeia Network Backup software and EdgeFort all-in-one appliances means companies can pick the optimum location for backup jobs to reside, and automate the movement of the data. Companies can backup to disk locally, archive to tape locally, and replicate offsite to another location or data center all within the same interface and scheduling tool, the company said.

Backup Replication is available now and can be purchased as an addition to Arkeia EdgeFort or Arkeia Network Backup, the company noted in a release.
